Are you ready to have your taste buds challenged? Then Odense Aafart has just the event for you, when we, together with Anarkist Beer & Food Lab, invite you to a beer tasting on the theme “A tribute to lager”.
For more than a century, bottom-fermented beer styles – or lager – have been Danes’ favourite thirst-quencher. Lager (you decide whether to say it in Danish or German) is lighter, fresher and clearer than the other beer styles and ranges from very pale pilsners to coal-black Baltic porters.
The beer expert from Anarkist Beer & Food Lab tells you much more this evening about the history of lager, and we taste five different examples of these popular beers.
So join a trip on the river, where you can broaden your beer horizon and have an exciting talk about what is special about lager.
